DaYe Nonferrous Metal Co***ny, one of biggest co***nies in copper industry in China, is a major shareholder. FDCIC is a big size copper manufacturing co***ny capable of smelting and deeply processing copper, possessing land of 300 Chinese acres and sales revenue of 8,000,000,000 RMB.
FDCIC has many kinds of large-size copper tube processing machine, which include the biggest dual-driving copper extruder of 4000 tons in China, bright light annealing furnace of bottom type roller with inner blowing and sweeping, standing upside down plate-pulling machine with 2150-millimeter diameter, long distance continuous rolling machine, inner-thread model-building machine, high-speed level wiring machine. It also owns world-class quality checking equipment such as direct-testing spectrum analyzer, turbulent crack ***ector.
FDCIC has already passed both ISO9001 and 2000 quality management system certificate. It is able to manufacture copper pipe for air-conditioner and refrigerator and coil-shape copper tube with inner-thread. Its annul capacity is 50,000 tons with product covering different industries. Based on consumers¡¯ requirement, it also can produce other products, which meet industry standard of different countries such as GB of China, ASTM of U.S.A, JIS of Japan, BS of Britain and DIN of German. Besides, it can deeply process a copper pole for electrician (Non-oxygen copper pole with diameter of both 8mm and 2.7 mm). F¡¡inally, FDCIC possesses a manufacturing base, which can make 100,000 tons of highly pure negative electrodes.
